Returns & Refunds

1. This policy sets out the returns and refunds policy for goods purchased through this online store operated by TUS Online Limited.

2.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

3.  Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, if you let us know you have changed your mind about a purchase you have made within 7 working days after the date of delivery you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods you wish to return, and the original postage and packaging charges you paid.  You are not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the items to us.

4.  Our standard returns policy entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price and postage and package charges you paid at the time of placing the order, if you let us know you have changed your mind within 10 working days.  No refund will be made for the cost of returning the items to us.

5.  Where you would like to return a product you have purchased, please contact us via e-mail or through our contact us page to let us know that you wish to make a return.  We will then provide you with the name and address of the person who will be dealing with your return, so it can be processed in the most efficient manner.

6. Once your return is received and inspected we will contact you to let you know whether the your return is accepted and to inform you the refund has been processed.  Any refund will be made to your original method of payment and will normally be processed within 3 workings days of receiving the return.

7.  If the item you purchased is faulty or was not as described on the website, please contact us immediately so we can try to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

8.  If your item was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount you paid and not the amount the product was listed for.

9.  If your order qualified for free delivery and a subsequent return takes the total order value below the free delivery threshold then an amount (based on the Standard UK delivery charge) will be deducted from the refund in proportion to the goods retained.

10.  We accept no responsibility for any items returned to us that are lost or damaged in transit.  Please package the items securely and for your own security obtain a certificate of posting.
